- home to roost (at least for the time being)

I did do a Tarot reading. The results mapped out the situation as it was but suggested no 'next move'. Which is kind of why I do Tarot, anyway. I'm trying to access my subconscious not the future. I was using the Merlin deck.

- prezzies! (the ones I got and the ones I gave that worked)
- lovely dinner, cooked without hassle or fuss of any kind
- some decent telly
- The Doctor!!! (can't believe there are only 4 David Tennant stories left)
- peace and quiet before the family descend en masse

This year Liverpool is European Capital of Culture. Which mostly seems to mean we get lots and lots of shiny new shops. And that's 'shiny' as it just built, not in the way lassarina means it. So, we went on a magical mystery tour to Nuneaton on Saturday to celebrate Colin's neice's wedding. The wedding was lovely (despite being a civil ceremony) and the reception was good fun.
